Evercore Heroes is currently in its Beta Phase, and our team is continuously working to improve the game and bring it to its optimal state. However, during this phase, there are some known issues related to monitor settings that our team is actively addressing for future patches.

Fullscreen Display Issue: We have received reports from players regarding issues with the game not displaying properly in Fullscreen mode. Additionally, some players have encountered problems with Windowed Fullscreen, where the game only takes up around 80% of the screen space instead of the expected 100%. After conducting an investigation, we have identified that changing the Scale in Monitor Settings back to 100% can resolve this issue for some players. While our development team is actively working on a permanent fix, adjusting the monitor scale can serve as a temporary solution to assist affected players in the meantime.
Dual Monitor Issue: When using two monitors and changing the default monitor to a smaller screen in the settings menu while in Full-Screen mode, you may encounter difficulties in accessing all UI elements. To resolve this, we recommend opting for the larger monitor or switching to (Fullscreen) Windowed mode instead.
Low-Resolution Settings: Currently, you are unable to switch Evercore Heroes (ECH) to a second monitor when using low-resolution settings while in Fullscreen mode (1280x960 or smaller). To address this, please adjust your resolution settings accordingly for proper functionality.
AMD Eyefinity and Nvidia Surround: These features are currently not supported in Evercore Heroes, and using extreme horizontal resolutions may result in undesirable camera behavior. To avoid any issues, it is recommended to avoid utilizing AMD Eyefinity or Nvidia Surround for the best gaming experience.
